Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 Oct 2026
This policy explains which personal data the website code-n-components.com collects, for what purpose and what your rights are. It is written simply — because the site itself collects very little.
Data controller
The data controller is Code and Components, obrt za računalno programiranje, owner Bruno Bosiljevac, Radićeva ulica 60, 47250 Mrežnički Varoš, Hrvatska, OIB 00462003868. For any question about data protection, write to code.n.components@gmail.com.
What data we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you send yourself through the contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. The site has no user accounts, no newsletter and no other form of data collection.
Purpose and legal basis
Data from the contact form is used only to answer your enquiry and to agree on possible work together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or the controller's legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long we keep data
Messages received through the form are kept while the conversation about the enquiry lasts, and at most 2 years after the last contact — unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case the data is kept in line with legal obligations (e.g. accounting rules).
Who else handles the data
The contact form is delivered by the Web3Forms service (data processor), which forwards the form data to the controller's email and does not use it for anything else. The site is served by a hosting provider that logs technical data (e.g. IP address) in server logs for security and operation. Data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies and no analytics or visitor tracking tools. Fonts and all other resources are served directly from this domain, without external services.
Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), and restriction of processing, or object to it. Send your request to code.n.components@gmail.com — you will get an answer without delay, within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
