Why custom-built instead of an off-the-shelf solution?
Off-the-shelf solutions make you adapt your business to them — and they usually charge monthly per user. A custom app works the other way round: it is built around your process, without features you don't need and without per-seat licences.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope — a one-page website usually takes 5 to 7 working days, an app or a platform from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on complexity. We set a time frame in the first conversation.
How much does it cost?
By agreement — once we have gone through what you need, you get a clear quote with a defined scope. No hidden costs and no surprises later.
Can it be extended later and connected to the tools I already use?
Yes. The app is built to grow — new features and modules are added when you need them. It also connects to the tools you already use, so data is not retyped by hand. Further development is agreed and paid separately — buying one version does not mean free future development.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code is handed over on delivery, and with the self-hosted option the data never leaves your server.
Do I need my own server?
No. Self-hosting is an option for sensitive data, not a requirement — the solution can also run on standard hosting.
What if something stops working?
Contact me directly — no tickets, no call centre. Maintenance is agreed per project; I fix urgent issues right away, as a priority.
